Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

These terms outline the agreement between Hafiz Muhammad Nadeem (the instructor) and the student/guardian.

A. Enrollment & Lessons

  • 1-on-1 Sessions: Private virtual sessions conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp Video.

  • Group Sessions: Conducted in small groups (Max 8 students) to ensure quality. Group classes follow a Fixed Schedule that cannot be altered for individual students.

  • Trial Lesson: New students are entitled to a 3-Day Free Trial (as per current promotion) to assess the teaching style.

  • Attendance: Students must join at the scheduled time. For group classes, the session will start promptly at the set time, regardless of individual attendance.

B. Payment & Refunds

  • Subscription Fees: Payments are due monthly in advance. The exact fee will be determined and agreed upon at the time of enrollment, based on the student's geographic location, chosen course, and class format (Group or 1-on-1).

  • Billing Cycle: The billing cycle begins on the date of the first official lesson after the trial period.

  • Currency & Conversion: Fees will be quoted in the agreed-upon currency (USD, PKR, or other) at the time of registration. Any bank transfer or conversion fees shall be borne by the student/guardian.

  • Ramadan/Special Offers: Any promotional discounts (such as the 15% Lifetime Discount for Ramadan 2026) will be applied to the base rate quoted at the time of enrollment.

  • Refund Policy: Fees are generally non-refundable once the month’s sessions have commenced. In exceptional cases, a pro-rata credit for future classes may be considered at the instructor's discretion.

C. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • 1-on-1 Sessions: To reschedule, students must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failing to do so will result in a marked "Present" for that session.

  • Group Sessions: Individual rescheduling is not available for group classes. If a student misses a group session, a recording or brief summary may be provided upon request, but no make-up class will be held.

  • Teacher Absence: If the instructor is unable to attend any session (Private or Group), a make-up class will be scheduled at a time convenient for the students.

D. Reporting & Student Progress

  • Progress Reports: The Academy provides regular progress reports (Weekly/Monthly) to parents/guardians to track the student's improvement in Tajweed, Hifz, or Nazra.

  • Assessments: Periodic verbal or written assessments may be conducted to ensure the student is meeting the required learning standards.

E. Data Privacy & Protection

  • Data Collection: The Academy collects and securely stores necessary information (Names, Contact Details, Time zones) for administrative and educational purposes only.

  • Confidentiality: Student and parent data is strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties.

F. Video Recording & Privacy Policy

  • Standard Policy: Recording virtual classes is NOT the policy of the Academy. We believe in the sanctity of live, focused interaction between the teacher and the student.

  • 1-on-1 Sessions: Recordings of individual private sessions are provided exclusively upon the explicit request of the parent/guardian for private review purposes only.

  • Group Sessions (Prohibited): Class recordings for Group Sessions are strictly prohibited according to academic rules. This is to ensure the absolute privacy and identity protection of all students in the group. We maintain a zero-risk policy regarding the privacy of our students.

  • Parental Participation: Instead of recordings, we encourage parents to be part of the learning journey. Parents may sit with their child during the live session (staying out of the camera view) to observe the teaching and make the student feel more comfortable and supported.

  • Social Media Restriction: If a recording is provided for a 1-on-1 session, it is for private use only. Posting these videos on social media is strictly forbidden. We urge parents to protect their child’s progress and happiness from the "Evil Eye" (Nazar) and the distractions of modern-day materialism. We aim for genuine, sincere education, not public display.

G. Conduct & Legal Rights

  • Mutual Respect: A high standard of professional conduct is expected. Any form of harassment, disrespectful behavior, or verbal abuse towards the instructor will result in immediate termination of enrollment without a refund.

  • Anti-Fraud & Deception: The Academy reserves all legal rights to take action against any form of fraud, deception, or attempts to damage the Academy’s reputation.

  • Legal Action: In case of any serious breach of contract or misconduct, the Academy reserves the right to pursue legal proceedings to protect its rights and the safety of its educational community.
